PERSONAL INFO
Family: None
Mate: None
History:
Originally forged on Cybertron (during Golden Age) as a Seeker. She has a unique ability to cloak both her physical frame and energy signature. Allowing her to be virtually undetected with the exception of still producing a detectable heat signature.
Of course she can still physically interact with other objects, and if she sustains physical damage/or severe mental pain/damage, her cloaking ability deactivates.
During the Great War, she chose to join the Autobots as she found the Decepticons to be far too brutal, particularly being disgusted by the assassination of the Senate. Her cloaking ability made her perfect for the reconnaissance unit. She would complete various missions: espionage, surveillance, etc. She was highly successful. Then came a mission where she was to go behind enemy lines in a heavily-guarded area under Decepticon control. She was rather nervous about this mission, and expressed her concerns to her lover, who happened to be her commanding officer. But her commanding officer insisted she could complete the mission, and that if she called for help or backup he would personally lead the unit to come to her rescue.
After those assurances, she accepted the mission and found herself inside a Decepticon command outpost. She was there to steal data on upcoming battle plans as to give the Autobots an edge in the fight. Despite being fully cloaked and hidden from plain sight, she failed to notice a security tripwire and a powerful jolt of electricity coursed through her frame, deactivating her. When she came to, she found herself locked in a prison cell. Through a secure comms channel, she was able to send a distress signal to her commanding officer but no answer came. As the days passed by, she still had no word from her commanding officer and the base hadn’t been attacked by any Autobot forces. Still she kept on sending her distress signals, hoping to Primus they were going through.
Eventually after repeatedly sending signals, she received a message back. It was her commanding officer. She was relieved to hear his voice, filled with hope that she would be rescued by her lover and her comrades. But that hope was crushed when her commanding officer told her that the unit would be focusing on a new target. He told her to stay strong, but that he couldn’t risk losing any bots for a rescue mission, as it was too dangerous. This destroyed her. After everything she had done, they were just going to abandon her? Neither her lover nor her friends were even going to try to help her? She was just expendable to them?
This is how Autobots treat their own? And to think they see Decepticons as the traitorous ones. No Autobots came to rescue her, leaving a pit in her stomach and a darkness in her spark. Eventually she asked her captors to allow her to join the Decepticons. After skepticism, she offered her recorded messages between herself and her commanding officer, and valuable Autobot intel as proof of her change of spark. After her intel proved to be of use to the Decepticons, she was eventually freed and allowed to join the ranks of the Decepticons. Her defection and intel would eventually lead to her old commanding officer and his unit to be captured and thrown in a Decepticon prison to rot. A small justice, as Fadeshift saw it
Of course she was marked as a traitor to the Autobots, but she felt she was justified as she was the one betrayed first. Now that she changed sides, she would provide intel for the Decepticons during the war. Once the war came to Earth, she would continually spy on the Autobots and their human allies. When Megatron defected from the Decepticons and joined the Autobots, it was a shock to her. Another betrayal from a leader she had trusted.
