The sound of a visor retracting was the first concrete confirmation to the Seeker, that something had indeed changed. What he heard next, baffled him even more.
Was that?
Starscream lifted his helm and looked behind him, shock spurring him into scrambling on his knees to turn around and face Soundwave. He felt like a love struck fool on his knees, staring up with awe at the bot in front of him. As far as he could remember, the Seeker had never seen the Spy’s face, even less heard his real voice.
Words were being said but they were only vaguely recognized as Starscream was too busy studying Soundwave’s expression. Even if he wanted to burn the picture in his memory bank, he knew he couldn’t even trust the memory to stay there.
He’d lose this thing he wanted to cherish too, eventually, the cage taking everything from him gradually, from his sanity to his being. It tore at his spark, how he’d forget the way Soundwave averted his gaze, shyly, how he was being retold the events in a way that wasn’t condescending. How it all made sense.
Soundwave’s sighs made his spark twist, not even needing his stupid pings to know the Spy seemed to take the memory loss personally.
Now… Now what?
Even with all the information he was given, it still felt like something was missing. Starscream hummed, looking down, blinking and looking back up right away. If he was going to forget this, he wanted to stare at the Spy’s gorgeous face for as long as he could. If he wasn’t to be trusted, Starscream had no other choice other than to trust Soundwave… for now.
When he spoke, his voice was low, filled with static and trying his best to conveying his sincerity.
“I… am. I am doing… that. Have been since… the Call of the Sky became… Unmanageable? The recharge makes it… impossible to manage. I come to, alarms blaring and… my Tcog in overdrive. Putting myself in reboots… is the only way I found to… control this mess.”
He was rambling, he knew it but he didn’t want the moment to end. The realization that nothing was tangible for as long as he was in the cage had rattled him deeply. Nothing mattered if he would forget about it anyway. Starscream wanted to break the energy field and kiss Soundwave.

Was Starscream even listening?
As Soundwave spoke for the first time since telling the Council where to shove it, he noticed how Starscream simply stared back at him as if a human child witnessing the miracle of snow for the first time. What was the big deal about seeing his face even if it was just his mouth? What interested the seeker so much that he was seemingly not paying full attention to what he was being said? It made Soundwave angry and hurt at the same time, but he would bottle those emotions for now. Now was the time for filling in the gaps in Starscream's memory as best he could.
Though the former air commander spoke lowly, it wasn't difficult for the former communications officer to pick up exactly what he was saying. The Call of the Sky seemed to be getting to him as it seemed. Seekers did have an affinity for the sky, and if they were grounded too long or kept in tight spots such as this they did have a tendency to go crazy. They needed to be out in the open where they could fly freely, so sending them on a mission deep within a cave was often times not the most strategic of moves. However, sometimes you just had to make due with what you had. If Starscream was suffering this badly that he couldn't even wake from recharge without panic settling in forcing him into reboot then something needed to be done. Obviously they could not break out at this very moment, but something compelled Soundwave to take action.
"What can I do to assist? What can I do to help break the cycle?"
It was not good for Starscream's health to keep doing this. What started with blunt force trauma inducing amnesia would only become worse in the passing days. Part of him wanted to ask a guard if it was possible to move into his cell or have the seeker move into his own, but naturally it wouldn't be that simple, right?
"I shall inquire about the possibility of cellmates."

Starscream’s processor was, for once, too focused on one thing to spiral into panic. Soundwave’s voice was captivating him. Primus help him, the only thing he wanted beside smothering the blue bot with kisses was to ask him more about the council and whatever Soundwave meant by ‘ made him repeat those words multiple times'. No wonder he had asked ex-TIC to repeat whatever it was said that had fascinated him. Soundwave, however, seemed annoyed about something and his next query surprised the Seeker. Did he offered to… help him? Seemed even… concerned? Starscream was even less prepared for what came out of Soundwave next. "I shall inquire about the possibility of cellmates." To his horror, a blush crept on Starscream's faceplate. He was hit with so many different feelings at once it made him reel. He sounds so eloquent I could listen to him talk all day. I also want to kiss so badly.‘PING’ [SAY YES SAY YES SAY YES]No, no, no, don’t be an idiot.
Starscream wanted to screech, yell, make a scene, and, and… and he wasn’t WEAK. Realistically, he did not have the energy for any of that. Actually, he was more in urgent need of refuelling. Starscream needed to move, do something before he worried Soundwave even more. He opted to slap his faceplate with his servos, tilting his helm towards the floor, letting a long, out of all things, whine out. He couldn’t think while he was staring at Soundwave’s mouth. “I don’t… know how to make it stop…You try and fight your own coding and let me know how that goes….” The Seeker sighed, unable to stop himself from speaking more. “They’ll never say yes to your request. I suspect they know exactly what they’re doing… I saw Prime drive by with one of his pet humans, saying he had no other plans so far, aside from keeping the Decepticons locked up.”The Seeker sighed again, wings shaking as he got more and more distraught. “I can’t even rely or trust my memories anymore. The days are all the same, they blend together, and I probably forgot more than…” Starscream wrapped his wings closer around his frame, trying to repress the fear that kept on growing in his spark. “That was what, minimum two if not more days… just gone?”Starscream shivered, horror dawning on him again, like a knife to his spark. He couldn’t forget about Nightshroud, he’d never forgive himself if he did. Panic rose, his ventilation system clocking in overdrive. Dropping his servos, the Seeker felt miserable as he looked back up at Soundwave, still shaking. “Well, if I’m going to lose my mind… my memories, whatever… There is one thing that doesn’t add up. From what you said, I laid it on pretty thick with the flirting, you told me something deeply personal, depleted your energy at your own risk to try and comfort me…” Starscream hesitated, sounding vulnerable and a little too much like he was bearing his spark out on the open. “Why do I have this nagging feeling that you are hiding or not telling me something?"

Starscream may have failed to see logic in why the Autobots would ever allow his request to become cellmates. While Soundwave didn't believe it was entirely possible, he did see reason for it to be. Would the Autobots rather send a medic to repair Starscream every single time he had one of his manic episodes due to the Call every single day, or would they rather put him with someone who might be able to prevent those damages from even occurring? It wasn't like he was trying to do the Autobots any favors of course, but it would only be so long before Soundwave and the other Decepticons in the vicinity couldn't take anymore of the seeker and his freak outs. If he could do something to help prevent those and it meant becoming his cellmate, then Soundwave would take one for the team.
That.. and he wanted to explore this strange new feeling for the former air commander.
It was easy to see, however, how the days bled into one for Starscream. If had only been a couple for Soundwave and it was far easier for the spy bot to keep track of such things, but just how long had the other mech been in here? Some bots had to have been here for far longer, and that alone was only going to worsen the situation. Eventually Decepticons were bound to lose their sanities and Starscream was already on the cusp of it. Wasn't too late to turn back from, but at least Soundwave was here to help lessen the impact.
However there was that one question. Starscream seemed to believe that Soundwave was hiding something from him about what was going on between the two of them. Even the former third in command couldn't find a reasonable explanation for it, but he checked his memories for some sort of clue. Some sort of sign. Was he hiding something from the seeker? "I do not believe that to be the case. You had begun with the flirtatious advances from the moment I arrived in this cell. You had previously told me that there was one you pined for that had repeatedly rejected you; That had told you so directly to your face. You did not name this individual, but I had my suspicions." Sighing once more, the mech tilted his helm. "Do not take my suggestions the wrong way, but I believed this individual to be Megatron. It would make sense given previous interactions with our former leader and if that is the case then I fully understand the feeling of betrayal."
Yet there was a part of him that wondered if maybe it had been another. "If it is not Megatron that you previously pined for.. then who? Perhaps Skyfire? I simply ask out of curiosity." They had been close friends after all, but had Starscream thought differently?

Starscream was confused, he told Soundwave what? Oh no. He knew where this was heading and he did not like how things were unfolding. Starscream was grappling with shock and horror at the mere idea of harbouring any kind of romantic feelings for Megatron. If his fuel levels weren’t so low he’d be purging right now. What a pathetic sight he must make, shaking on his knees on the floor, too low on fuel to stand up but too invested in what was going on. He should at least rectify this. The Seeker unsubspaced one of the cubes that were left by the medic and drank some of it, able to think on what Soundwave had said now that he wasn't staring at the blue bot. The flirting did not surprised him, he always made some sort of sweet remarks when Soundwave was in the vicinity. He was often dismissed, ignored and rarely he’d get a cold retort shutting him down. Telling the Spy that not only he had feelings for Skyfire but that the Autobot had rejected him, he had told that to Soundwave? Hard to believe. That is not something he would reveal lightly, he had worked very hard to keep his sparkbreak a secret. Something had to have happened for Starscream to say that, he wouldn’t volunteer that information on a whim. Soundwave did not help at all on figuring that part out. Mystery number one.
Soundwave. Mystery number two. Starscream still did not understand why Soundwave did not only retract his mask but used his real voice?
Logical conclusion is that the blue bot is just not aware of what is going on. Even with his memories missing, Starscream knew that. The Seeker started to chuckle as realization hit him. Oh. Oh how ironic. The chuckling died down and the Seeker sighed. He looked down at the cube he was holding, shivering in disgust at the thought of harbouring any positive feelings for Megatron. “Megatron. Primus. The only feeling I ever held toward Megatron was contempt… Skyfire is a logical conclusion… and the right one. It’s ancient history now, I’m… not sure why I brought that subject up…”Starscream hummed, looking back up at soundwave, tilting his helm to the side. “You did raise a point that I am curious about. To quote your words: “Do not take my suggestions the wrong way” … Did you ever had feelings for Megatron? “I fully understand the feeling of betrayal.” That sounds very personal, Soundwave.”

If nothing else, at least Starscream was finally realizing his need to fuel after what had happened just moments ago. He needed the energon badly, and he had two cubes from the medics in which to replenish that which he had lost.
Soundwave couldn't say that he was completely surprised when Starscream quickly dismissed Megatron being a possibility as the mech he pinned for. As if he would ever admit to that under any circumstance, but it was understandable given their 'unique' relationship. How the seeker always sought to overthrow the Decepticon leader, and yet for some reason Megatron refused to terminate him. He believed maybe Megatron's line of thinking had been to keep your friends close but your enemies closer, but was it really as simple as that? It made no sense whatsoever, but it didn't take long for Starscream to confirm the identity of the one in which he pinned. It had in fact been Skyfire, but for as quick as he brought it up Starscream was quick to change the subject, redirecting the question back at Soundwave.. using his own words against him.
How did he feel about Megatron? That was difficult to explain, causing Soundwave to grunt before turning his helm to look away from the other. His visor dimmed a bit, trying to decide how best to word his response.
"My relationship with Megatron was.. complicated to say the least. I cannot say I had feelings for him as much as we shared a close bond deeper than friendship but not quite Amica Endura. I was his confidant. When Megatron joined the Autobots, I felt a betrayal like none other; Hurt that cannot be explained by mere words. He has fallen down a dark path that he will never come back from, and to terminate him would be an act of mercy before he falls any further. However since the loss of.. Rumble.. I have wanted to destroy him not as an act of mercy, but an act of revenge. I lost someone dear to me because of his actions, and I plan to make him suffer every ounce of pain that I felt. That we have felt." And there it was, the first time he was freely admitting to another that it had been Rumble who had exploded that day.
"But your vow to return to Cybertron and to restore it also has merit.. You stated you did not wish to lead the Decepticons, but to find a way home; to save as many as you could. I wish to be a part of this, but not before Megatron receives his due recompense."

Starscream closely watched as Soundwave turned his helm, visor dimming. The blue bot had been staring at him the whole time and that made him turn away? When he spoke again, it felt like Starscream was, for the first time, truly seeing who Soundwave was. It felt so unreal but the Seeker hadn’t been so grounded and present since he had been tossed in this cage. To hear the emotions in Soundwave’s voice, to see his mouth move…
The Seeker shivered at the mention of Rumble’s tragic ending, his spark breaking when Soundwave shared that he had also felt the pain of his cassette’s demise. That filled Starscream with horror, understanding the need for revenge but also fearful of what would happen to Soundwave if he went down that path.
Tilting his helm to the side, Starscream hummed. He was slowly piecing things together, the picture coming clearer with each new clue. The Seeker tapped a digit against his energon cube, thinking. Voicing his thoughts, he keep his gaze on his servos.
“Is this your Act of Disclosure? From what I’ve gathered, depleting your energy was your Act of Intimacy.” That was two for Soundwave, what about him? “Telling you about my feelings for Skyfire was my Disclosure, I’m pretty certain. Didn’t you say I played music?”
Starscream reviewed his databank with its few songs on it, when an album jumped at him. Discovery by Daft Punk. The Seeker clenched his servos around the cube, realization hitting him, mumbling with shock.
“Do you know how many times I have played music for another bot? I'm still wondering why I ever did that in the first place, except if I was past trying flirting with you. Sounds like Intimacy to me, trying to make you understand via songs. SONGS!! Makes sense. It all fits.”
Starscream finished his energon, putting the cube away before standing up. His optics were fixed on Soundwave as he started to list what he knew would be a pretty accurate summary of his behaviour for the days he was missing.
“Let me take a wild guess about the past two days. I started to flirt with you and you dismissed it. I kept at it and you got confused, still dismissing me. I kept going and you got angry, probably telling me to stop or that I was stupid for doing so. Yet, silly me kept trying, making you only more confused. Then, I suddenly stopped and became moody, angry or stopped talking. Pulled back. How accurate is that?”
The Seeker sighed, raking his claws against his faceplace, looking up with despair.
“Primus, why do I always fall for the emotionally unaware ones?”

....his what now?
Soundwave was completely caught off guard as Starscream questioned whether or not they had demonstrated several of the acts often attributed to becoming Conjunx Endura. He supposed that what they had done could be seen in that light, but it only confirmed the seekers flirting. Whether he remembered it or not, the fact that he was still flirting even more had to have meant something right? He listened as Starscream started to put everything together, or at least as together as he thought it would be, proclaiming that he was trying to get the former communications officer to understand his feelings through song and how Soundwave supposedly rejected his advances.
Oh.. how precious this was, knowing Starscream was wrong on all accounts and yet Soundwave did not laugh. He merely shook his helm before correcting him.
"While you are correct that these things could be considered Acts of Intimacy and Disclosure, there are several fronts in which you are wrong. While it is true that you continuously attempted to flirt, I never at any point rejected your advances. Mere days ago I was unsure of how I felt; Unsure of many things as our lives have so drastically changed. However, where you stand most incorrectly is that you were not the one to initiate our musical conversation. I was the one to do so as I felt that my words were not being heard; Not being received with the intended meaning. I felt that conversing through song would better help you to understand where I was coming from and so you engaged as I interpreted what your songs meant within the context. You did, however, grow frustrated when I did not give you what you wished however you were quite vague in what you wanted. I repeated the words I spoke before Zeta Prime and the Council and even changed the songs I played. Even calling you 'my silly little rabbit' as requested did little good. Nothing seemed to do much to shift your mood for the better."
Placing a servo against the window, Soundwave stared directly at Starscream. "Nothing, that is.. until I used my power to open a hole in this very window to touch your shoulder. I take your words now as more than simple flirtatious gesture, but of a solid confession." Soundwave sighed once more, his visor dimming as he continued to speak. "Perhaps in this short of time.. I have felt the beginnings of feelings for you as well. I do not know how to explain it, but the thought of you losing memories of an intimate moment we shared hurt. I consider this a second chance, perhaps even a third. I think perhaps.. there truly is something between us, and I do not refer to this window that separates us."

Starscream would say anything to keep Soundwave talking. He knew this moment would end, the pretty mouth would disappear again, too soon. The Seeker was enraptured by the blue bot, believing whatever he said but listening with apprehension. He was expecting Soundwave to tell him his feelings were one-sided as usual.
Zeta Prime? Council? He’d have to ask about that.
The Seeker did another search, trying desperately to recall anything from his missing days. It tore at his spark that he forgot, even more so since the blue bot told him he had been that the memories had been lost.
When Soundwave put his servo against the window, Starscream itched to do the same. What pushed him to reach out and put his own servo up when Soundwave looked back at him.
Starscream knew something had change between them, the mask being off was his biggest clue but he was all too happy to have the blue bot confirming having feelings for him too.
Delighted by how things are turning out, Starscream winked and blew a kiss at Soundwave.
“I think this is my favourite method of hearing you speak so far.” The Seeker sighed, looking down with a sad smile. “I hope I won’t forget this too. I don’t recall Zeta Prime or the council despite you mentioning it many times.”

Soundwave remained in awe as Starscream returned that simple gesture of placing his servo right over the window. It was the only thing preventing them from touching, though Soundwave knew he could very easily remedy that if he so chose with his powers. Still, he didn’t want to cause the seeker any additional worry by doing so so he opted not to this time. With any luck the Autobots would realize it was a terrible idea to leave Starscream locked up in a cell by himself, and they would have no other choice to assign him a cellmate. What better option than the bot right next door? All they had to do was remove the window separating them. Wouldn’t even have to open the cell doors as much as the two of them would probably like that. However, the blown kiss came as a surprise. It wasn’t something that Soundwave had ever received before, and it took him a few moments to process what had even happened before Starscream started to speak once more. He really liked it when the former TIC spoke with his own words powered by emotion? It was strange to hear that, and it would have to be something he’d need to get used to as he sighed. “I am not used to others listening to me voicing my opinions. I never even did as such for Megatron himself, and have not done so since I abandoned the Council. With any luck, you shall not forget any further memories and for both of our sakes I hope that you do not as I would rather not have to confess these words to you each and every day anew. However, I have the words I spoke to Zeta Prime recorded for posterity and am willing to play them for you again. I was angry as they refused to make changes for the better and my suggestions fell on deaf audial receptors. The words you hear are what I spoke then.”
Allowing his speakers to fire up, Soundwave’s voice filtered through them with the synthesized sound effect. "I WON'T STAND HERE PRETENDING TO BE BETTER THAN THOSE LABORING IN THE MINES AND THE SMELTYARDS. YOU STAND FOR NOTHING NOW, ZETA, EXCEPT DEATH. WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOUR EXISTENCE? AND YOU... YOU WAIT AND MAKE EXCUSES AND DO NOTHING TO KICK HIS USELESS TAILPIPE. THE SYSTEM IS YOUR TYRANT. YOU ARE WEAK. YOU ARE PATHETIC. IT SHAMES ME TO SIT HERE AND LISTEN TO YOUR SELF-JUSTIFYING PRATTLE MONTH ON MONTH. YOU HAVE HAD KILOCYCLES, AND THIS IS ALL YOU HAVE MANAGED. TELL ME, WHAT WILL WE DO? RESEARCH, REPORTS... MORE DELAYS. I AM THROUGH TALKING TO YOU. EVERYTHING FALLS ON DEAF AUDIALS. THERE IS NO POINT IN SPEECHES; ONLY ACTIONS COUNT." Soon the audio ended as Soundwave continued to stare directly at the mech on the other side. "Does this sate your desires?"

Starscream couldn’t believe that for once, Primus blessed him with reciprocated love. He had been so used to be the only one in love, it was a shock to the Seeker that Soundwave was more than tolerating him. Like him a little even. Of all bots, the ex-TIC opening up and sharing things about himself was fascinating and Starscream couldn’t get enough. Aside from being ridiculously attractive, the blue bot’s dedication and loyalty was something he had admired for a long time.
The things the two of them could do with their combined force was something G.H.O.S.T. and the Autobots would come to fear, soon. For once, Starscream felt like the universe was in his palm, only this time, it was in the form of Soundwave.
The offer to repeat the speech made Starscream smile fondly, blowing another kiss at Soundwave. The things he will do to make the Spy react once they’re alone, made the Seeker grin. His train of thoughts slammed to a halt when he heard Soundwave’s voice through the speakers.
His intake dropped open at the words, completely taken aback by the passion in them. He listened with awe, the passion echoing in Soundwave's voice something he ached for, his words cutting at Starscream’s spark fluttering wildly in its casing. He would have given his spark, Cybertron, the Universe and all it’s Alternates to that Soundwave. Gotten lost in the passion of the ex-council member for his fellow Cybertronians, how he ached at their struggle while he lived in a golden tower. That this was who laid underneath the cold exterior, fascinated the Seeker.
What Soundwave said next made the Seeker chuckle, the choice of word something he couldn’t let slide.
“Truthfully, no, I’m not ‘satisfied’ but not for the reasons you might fragging think. If I had known for one klik that this was what you hid behind that cold exterior of yours, I would have tried to court you, properly, eons ago.”
He grinned before winking again. He was getting exhausted again, dreading having to recharge but warnings in his HUD let him know he didn’t have long left before he had to rest. Starscream ignored the pings and tensed his servo against the window. Focus.

Even as the audio played, Soundwave kept a close watch for Starscream's reactions to once again hearing this speech of his for the 'first' time. It was a unique situation, but somehow between the actual first time and this one Starscream actually managed to react just as he had before in complete shock and awe. It amused the blue mech somewhat, but it was nice to see that things didn't change in the least. Of course, that probably meant that Starscream was going to ask for him to replay this one speech over and over again on endless loop.
There were worst speeches to do that with, he supposed. Still, he couldn't help but feel somewhat conflicted at the second kiss blown his way in a matter of minutes.
Truthfully the former communications officer had merely spoken his feelings at the time, furious that his opinions didn't matter in the least to the other Council members let alone Zeta Prime. It was damning evidence that nothing was going to change without drastic measures being taken, and so that's exactly what he'd done. He no longer voiced his opinions and he moved to Kaon where he joined in the gladiator matches where he met Megatron. None of the other Decepticons knew that there was this whole other side to Soundwave, and that was the way he liked it. The more he could fade into the background the better, but that was a little hard to do when you were the most loyal member of the Decepticon forces and essentially treated like Megatron's personal lap dog. He was so much more than that, and he'd already come close to revealing his true nature to the former leader of the Decepticons once or twice due to how close they were.. only to be the one hurt in the end.
Just like the Council.. His thoughts and actions had not mattered one bit.
But here was Starscream, not only bringing this out of him but almost encouraging Soundwave to keep at it. It was strange, especially given the fact that they had hated each other all throughout the war but how things quickly changed the second the entire faction was abandoned by their leader..
"I cannot say that your methods would have been successful, bit it is an entertaining thought I suppose. Admittedly it is strange.. that you somehow managed to repeat the exact same words to me that you had stated just mere days ago when I asked if you had been satisfied. Amusing to say the least." Soundwave continued to study the seeker standing behind the other side of the window. How he wished that he could just break the wall open enough that he could leap through, but to do so would be costly. He could barely open it enough just to touch the seeker let alone send Ravage through. Wait.. Ravage! The former TIC's visor brightened as the idea came to him, pressing his servo against the window further. "I have the beginnings of an idea. I cannot enter your cell at this moment, but would you be opposed to Ravage being there in my stead for the time being? I can open this window just enough to send him through if you so desire."

It was adorable trying to imagine how he'd pull off courting Soundwave during the war, while trying to juggle being Air Commander and his occasional plot to kill Megatron. Even Soundwave thought it was amusing.
Wait.
Amusing...did… Did Soundwave just said out loud he thought the Seeker was funny? Starscream's grin turned into a smile, his spark about to explode with joy in it’s casing. The formal speech was such a complete turn around from the cold and robotic voice the Seeker was used to, but it was so endearing. He was growing fond of Soundwave's voice, fighting the new wave of notifications about recharge warnings, so he could keep staring at the blue bot and try to keep him talking.
Soundwave's visor brightened, it was subtle but Starscream was staring so ardently at the other bot it did not escape him. Soundwave was up to something. Thankfully he didn't keep the Seeker in the dark for too long.
Starscream took a step back in shock. It was one thing to admit they are somewhat attracted to each other but to throw Ravage in the mix?
'Ping' [Recharge imminent]
The Seeker sighed, looking away as he felt a blush creep on his faceplate. He brought his free servo up to hide it, trying to choose his next words carefully.
"Might help… might not. I keep getting warnings that I'm about to crash into recharge…. I'd like to not wake up like I usually do for once…"

Soundwave kept a close watch as Starscream seemed to react in shock at the thought of the blue mech sending Ravage into the other cell. Watching him as he turned away, trying to hide that blush was almost.. adorable in a way? Soundwave didn’t quite know how to explain it, but it stirred those strange feelings in his spark. Not bad ones, but good. That was what the both of them needed in that moment, and if Starscream was exhausted as he claimed then Soundwave wanted to do what he could to prevent another memory loss situation.
Operation: Therapy it was.
“Whether it proves to be helpful or not, we will never know without trying. I would like to offer assistance in any way that I can to lessen the impact of the Call when you wake, and until we can share a cell, Ravage is the best option.” Raising his other hand to place against the window, Soundwave fired up his soundwave weaponry as a hole formed in the window. Opening up his compartment, he spoke. “Ravage, eject. Operation.. Therapy.”
The small panther cassette was launched into Starscream’s cell before Soundwave couldn’t hold the window open any longer, dropping to one knee. Ravage turned back to Soundwave, concerned but also confused to hear the blue mech’s voice naturally along with the strange order. “Ravage, keep Starscream company while he rests. Try to keep him from falling into panic when he wakes.” Ravage stared at the seeker, baffled but begrudgingly approaching him.
“And Starscream.. when you wake up, do your best to focus on me. Is there anything you would like for me to play to help lull you into recharge?”

Starscream’s blush grew a shade darker as Soundwave insisted on sending Ravage over. He also seemed determined for them to share a cage and it was so fragging endearing. At the sound of hands powering up, the Seeker slammed himself against the door, watching with shock as the cassette jumped and transformed in front of him.
He slowly slid down until he was sitting on the floor, back propped against the entrance, optics flinging wildly between Ravage and Soundwave. There was so much happening… he was so exhausted. Resting his helm against the window, Starscream tried to fight another wave of warning, critical this time, that a recharge was imminent.
'Ping' [Danger Cat Approaching]
Yet his processor was still overclocking, worried about Soundwave, on one knee on the other side of the slagging force field. He rested the back of his right servo against the window, worried. The way Ravage was approaching him made him feel like he was prey, cornered, about to be eaten. The Seeker rubbed his left servo against his faceplate, exhaustion overtaking him.
Sighing, Starscream closed his optics and dropped his servo in his lap. What song would he like to hear? Part of him wanted Soundwave to rest after depleting his energy on him again but he knew the bot would be stubborn about it even if he declined.
‘Ping’ [ Digital Love - Daft Punk]
Well that was embarrassing. Starscream chuckled, knowing himself well enough to know he probably threw that song at Soundwave. Yawning, the Seeker used the last of his energy to mumble his request.
“Digital love… Daft Punk…”
